Problem:

The basement areas of the building had hygienic defects, caused in part by capillary humidity, as well as condensation on the hypothermic masonry and subsequent mould formation.

Result after application:

After partial measures to prevent the formation of capillary moisture and partial repair of the plaster, including its strengthening, the material ADITIZOL OPEN was applied to the surface of the walls and ceilings. By changing the surface temperature, the possibility of atmospheric moisture condensation was prevented. As a result of the application of the material, a hygienically clean and dry space is ensured without the possibility of further mould growth.
