– mould removal, surface insulation (2022)

Problem:

The basement areas of the building could not be used because of the resulting hygienic defects – strong fouling of the space, caused partly due to capillary humidity, as well as the formation of condensation on the subcooled masonry and the subsequent formation of mould.

Result after application:

After the measures to prevent the formation of capillary moisture and the repair of the plaster, including its strengthening, the material ADITIZOL was applied to the surface of the walls and ceilings throughout the space. By changing the surface temperature, the possibility of atmospheric moisture condensation was avoided. The result of the coating application is a hygienically clean and dry space without the possibility of further mould growth.
