Customer’s statement (letter from the customer):

In 2018, the thermal insulation material ADITIZOL BASIC was applied in our production plant on two tanks, namely on the tank UT 800 100 – ON THE COOLING WATER SYSTEM and UT 900 010 – GLYCERIN SOUSTAVA.

The water tank UT 800 100 was heating up in the summer months. There has been a round of tenders for tank insulation. We were offered a method of tank stripping that was previously unknown to us. After the application of the thermal insulation material, the temperature in the cooling circuit stabilized during the summer months. The average temperature has stabilized at 22-23°C!

For the UT 900 010 tank, the problem was the opposite. Here in the winter months our glycerin started to solidify in the tank. The tank is designed with mixing of the medium through a small heat exchanger. Previously, despite mixing the medium, solidification occurred and depletion was a problem. After the application of the thermal insulation material, the temperature value has stabilised and the heating circuit through the heat exchanger and the pumping of the medium itself is now fine. We keep the temperature in the tank itself around 34-36°C even in winter!

We are satisfied with this thermal insulation material and we got rid of the problems that were present in these two positions.
